I like the style, it reminds me a bit of those stylyzed (excuse spelling) lions that you'd see on Narnia flags or Queen CD's. Very nordic look, and muchly enhanced by the color. Two questions: Is this taken from real myth, and what the heck is white gouache, because I think I want some.  Alicea Rea Tresidder replies: "No realtion to any myth I know, I made it up as far as i know. Gouache paint is an opaque type watercolor paint. I like it 'cause it isnt as fickle as watercolor, and overpaints nicely. experement with it... great stuff!" | |
